Key Responsibilities
• Manage, maintain, and optimize all in-house WordPress websites, including Kody Technolab, Kody Robots, Events & Robots, Falcon Tech Robotics, Kody Media Private Limited, and Kody Middle East.
• Improve website speed, performance, and Google Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, and CLS) across desktop and mobile devices.
• Conduct regular website audits using Google PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, GTmetrix, and other performance testing tools, and resolve identified issues.
• Optimize images, CSS, JavaScript, caching, databases, server response times, and other performance bottlenecks.
• Identify and resolve technical issues reported in Google Search Console, Semrush, and other SEO tools.
• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress pages, landing pages, service pages, product pages, blogs, and campaign pages.
• Manage WordPress themes, plugins, Elementor/Gutenberg, custom PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript functionality.
• Manage WordPress updates, plugin compatibility, website backups, security monitoring, malware prevention, and staging environments.
• Maintain a website performance and maintenance tracker, conduct regular technical audits, and provide periodic reports on website health, performance, and resolved issues. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development and website maintenance.
• Robust proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with Elementor, Gutenberg, WordPress themes, child themes, and plugin customization.




• Strong knowledge of website performance optimization, Google Core Web Vitals, PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, and GTmetrix.
• Experience with caching plugins, image optimization, CDN integration, Cloudflare, and website speed optimization.
• Valuable understanding of technical SEO, schema markup, canonical tags, redirects, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and Google Search Console.
• Experience with WordPress security, backups, malware troubleshooting, website migration, and staging-to-production deployment.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues affecting website functionality, performance, and search engine crawling.
• Good problem-solving, debugging, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
• Experience managing multiple WordPress websites across different business domains.
• Knowledge of advanced PHP development, custom WordPress plugins, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion tracking, and marketing pixels.
• Familiarity with hosting environments, cPanel, VPS, DNS, SSL, and server-side performance optimization.
• Experience with Git, version control, deployment workflows, and website monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards, website usability, and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience working with digital marketing, SEO, and content teams in an agency or IT services environment. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
