• Responsible for identifying and troubleshooting Zabbix-related issues within the organization, such as monitoring agent or zabbix proxy problems, network connectivity issues, and performance problems.
• Responsible for managing upgrades and patches for Zabbix application and infrastructure.
• Responsible for monitoring the Zabbix infrastructure to ensure that it is running smoothly and to identify any potential issues before they become problems.
• Responsible for providing support to end-users who may be experiencing issues with Zabbix infrastructure.
• Responsible for managing Zabbix templates.
• Responsible for collaborating with other IT teams, such as network and security teams, to ensure that Zabbix infrastructure is secure and meets the organization's needs.
• Stay up to date on the latest Zabbix technology, including new products,



features, and updates. This includes attending training sessions, conferences, and keeping up with industry news which will help in getting ready the infrastructure needs.
• Responsible for providing monthly reporting on performance summary.
• Responsible for upgrading the Zabbix software and applying patches as needed. Ensure that the upgrades and patches are applied in a timely and productive manner.
• Ensure all above upgrades/updates/patching are done based on N-1 in the production environment.
• Creating/Testing the DR setup for the BCP (Business Continuity Plan) as per Accor set procedures. Preferable skills Experience with Linux administration Zabbix Certified Specialist certification
