PhD Research Opportunities in Chemistry | Alliance University, Bengaluru I am inviting motivated and enthusiastic students interested in pursuing a PhD in Chemistry to connect with me at Alliance University, Bengaluru, and explore research opportunities in my group. Having recently joined Alliance University as an Assistant Professor of Chemistry at AU-QUASAR, I look forward to developing an active and collaborative research environment where we can explore new ideas, address scientific challenges, and work towards impactful research outcomes. My research interests span smart chemical sensors, functional materials, supramolecular chemistry, and sustainable energy. Prospective research directions include: ? Fluorescent and colorimetric chemosensors for workplace and bio -relevant analytes ? Functional polymers and smart hydrogels for sensing applications ? Supramolecular chemistry, host–guest interactions, and molecular recognition ⚡ Metal-free electrocatalysis and sustainable energy materials My academic journey has included Doctoral research at CSIR-CMERI and AcSIR, India, Post-Doctoral research at Hiroshima University, Japan, and visiting research at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), Germany.



I now look forward to mentoring young researchers and exploring new scientific directions at Alliance University. Why consider a PhD at Alliance University?
