15+ years of experience in solar project execution. Large-Scale Project Exposure: Proven experience in executing and managing a 500 MW+ solar project at a single site. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Punjabi is mandatory. Project Leadership: Solid expertise in site execution, project planning, monitoring, resource management, and coordination with contractors and stakeholders. Execution Excellence: Ability to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality, safety, and cost-control standards. Role Expectations: Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale solar projects at the site. Monitor project progress against timelines, milestones, and quality standards. Manage site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and project specifications. Drive effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
