Mumbai, Maharashtra Industry: Influencer Marketing & Management Position Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Senior Client Servicing Executive to join our team. This role is integral to managing and nurturing relationships with both influencers and brands. The successful candidate will have a keen understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and possess strong organisational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brands and influencers. Understand client needs and objectives to deliver tailored influencer marketing solutions. Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, addressing their concerns and queries. Campaign Management: Coordinate and oversee influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables meet client expectations. Monitor campaign performance, provide regular updates to clients and optimise strategies as needed. Influencer Onboarding: Identify and onboard new influencers that align with brand campaigns. Maintain strong relationships with influencers to ensure successful collaboration. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends,



competitor activities and market developments. Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market research and analysis. Administrative Tasks: Prepare and present campaign reports, proposals and contracts. Manage project timelines, budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. 1-3years of experience in client servicing, preferably in influencer marketing or digital marketing. Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility to work different hours to accommodate international clients (US, UK).

Skills:
Proficiency in all Microsoft & Powerpoint Suites. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Creative problem-solving abilities. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
