About the Role
Khussarf Estates is looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and build robust business relationships. We provide professional Office Management, Building Management, and Property Management Services to corporate offices, commercial buildings, property owners, and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and approach potential corporate clients, offices, and commercial establishments.
• Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, email, field visits, and networking.
• Connect with HR, Admin, Facility, Operations, and Business Heads.
• Present our services and understand client requirements.
• Schedule client meetings and site visits.
• Follow up with prospects, prepare proposals, and support deal closures.
• Maintain lead records and regularly update the sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly lead-generation and business-development targets.
• Requirements
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in cold calling, client meetings, and field sales.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and LinkedIn.
• A proactive, disciplined, and target-oriented approach.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome.
• Prior B2B sales or business development experience is an advantage.
