Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Account Manager will manage day-to-day client relationships, serve as the primary point of contact, and ensure that client requirements are understood and met. Responsibilities include coordinating project deliverables, tracking account performance, preparing reports, and supporting billing and contract-related activities. The role involves working closely with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to expand services. The Account Manager is expected to maintain accurate records, support regular review meetings with clients,



and contribute to continuous improvement of account management processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong client relationship management, customer service, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Candidates should possess skills in account planning, coordination of projects, and basic reporting or documentation.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple accounts.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in common office software tools (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software).
• Relevant experience in account management, sales support, or client servicing in consulting or related sectors is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
