• Work with clients and teams to embed quality in every stage of delivery
• Drive shift-left testing, so issues are caught early rather than late
• Apply and champion best QA practices across the test spectrum
• Mentor client team members in quality principles
• Pair with developers on test frameworks and join technical discussions
• Keep improving testing practices, with a transparent view of the whole test spectrum in support of continuous delivery What you bring




• Deep knowledge of test methodologies and best QA practices, including non-functional testing
• Pragmatic choices of tools and frameworks for high-quality CI/CD pipelines
• A voice in architecture discussions, and an understanding of how those choices affect quality
• Experience in more than one language, and a willingness to pair and learn
