Salary:

We are looking for an experienced Brand Content & Social Media Specialist who understands organic social media growth, brand storytelling and audience engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong creative judgment and the ability to independently plan and execute engaging social media content.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute organic social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Plan content calendars, campaigns, reels, posts and engaging brand narratives.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity and communication style.
• Identify relevant trends and translate them into meaningful content opportunities.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors and content creators.
• Improve organic reach, engagement and community interactions.
• Write compelling captions,
creative briefs and social media communication.
• Track content performance and recommend improvements. Requirements
• Prior professional experience in organic social media management, content strategy or brand communication. Freshers will not be considered.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Robust understanding of Instagram, social media trends and content formats.
• Ability to generate original creative ideas independently.
• Experience managing brand social media accounts and coordinating content production.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership and execution capabilities.
• Comfortable working from our Gurugram office. Important: This position focuses on organic social media, content creation and brand communication. It is not a performance marketing, paid advertising or lead generation role.
