Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi. This role is responsible for promoting SOCH EYE CARE’s services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into patient visits through effective sales and marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with patients and partners, explaining service offerings, managing follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The specialist will support sales management activities, contribute to marketing campaigns and promotional events, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent messaging. The role may also involve delivering training or briefings to staff on new promotions,



patient communication standards, and service updates. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients and partners.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive conversions, manage pipelines, and support revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess Training and coaching skills to guide team members on sales techniques and patient engagement best practices.
• Candidates should ideally have basic Marketing knowledge, including campaign support, local outreach, and event coordination.
• Relevant experience in healthcare, eye care, or service-oriented industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with common office software and basic CRM or patient management systems is an advantage.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with strong experience.
