Location:
Indiranagar, Bangalore Start: Immediate Experience required: 7–10 years in account management or brand management, with at least four years handling global or enterprise technology clients What you will own
• Act as the senior Point of Contact for a portfolio that includes Fortune 50 companies
• Shape annual and quarterly marketing programmes across digital, print, social, events, and partner channels, ensuring every brief links to measurable business outcomes
• Lead a team of account managers and executives
- set clear goals, review work, and coach them on client handling, creative judgement, and commercial acumen
• Partner with strategy, creative, and media leads to translate client objectives into tight briefs, timelines, and budgets
• Protect and grow revenue: spot upsell opportunities, negotiate scopes, and forecast account performance against quarterly targets
• Oversee project finance: approve estimates, track burn, and ensure billing accuracy
• Build C-suite relationships on the client side




• Ensure agency output meets MOBILISE standards across integrity, ownership, common sense, self-motivation, and an unbiased world-view What success looks like
• Retention of all assigned accounts with net promoter score of 8+
• Account revenue growth of 20 percent within the first 12 months

• Comfortable steering multifunctional teams and external partners under tight deadlines
• Sharp business writing and presentation skills; can distil complex product detail into clear, persuasive narratives
• Working knowledge of martech stacks and analytics; can brief performance teams in plain language
