This is a front-end sales position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Bring the brand and its products to life through compelling storytelling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable, personalized in-store experience.
• Build long-term customer relationship encouraging repeat business
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of the product portfolio.
• Plan and execute weekly & Monthly actions sales to drive commercial growth.
• Maintaining accurate reports, Customer database inventory records and VM standards in accordance with brand guidelines.

Education:




Graduate / Postgraduate

Experience:
2 – 5 years of retail sales experience within luxury / Premium Brands or the hospitality industry. Languages: Fluent in English Skills required:
• Self-starter with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Solid computer & analytical skills
• Organized & process oriented
