Nomiso is scaling an on-premise Agentic AI Platform from proof-of-value into enterprise production for tier-1 telecom operator. The Full Stack Developer builds the services, integrations and user facing screens that turn the agent output into something operations teams can act on and audit. What you will do
• Build and maintain the backend services in Python and FastAPI: webhook ingress for ticket and alarm events, orchestration APIs, evidence package and decision APIs, and the publisher that sends outcomes to the ticketing system and to Teams or email.
• Develop the integration adapters to client systems: ticketing (CFM) read and close out, ACS modem reads, NMS and alarm feeds, inventory and splitter APIs, with retries, rate limits and clear error handling.
• Build the operations front end in React: ticket decision queue, evidence viewer with the telemetry behind each decision, override and feedback capture, batch grading views and audit trail.
• Design and maintain the SQL Server schema for tickets, decisions, evidence and grading, with Redis for state and cache and Kafka consumers and producers for event flow.
• Implement authentication and role based access through Active Directory, and keep the application aligned with client security standards.
• Work with the AI/ML and GenAI engineers to expose the rules engine, classifier and LLM analyst as clean service contracts, and with the DevOps engineer on containerised deployment through CI/CD.
• Write unit, integration and contract tests, maintain API documentation, and support the per ticket tracing and logging that operations relies on.
• Take part in the phased grading cycles with the client,



turning feedback into working software quickly. What you bring
• 4 to 5 years as a full stack developer, with strong Python (FastAPI or Flask, async, Pydantic) on the
• backend.
• Production React experience with TypeScript, state management, data tables and charting for operational screens.
• Solid SQL skills on SQL Server or PostgreSQL: schema design, indexing, query tuning, migrations.
• Experience with Redis and with Kafka or a similar event streaming platform.
• REST API design, OpenAPI, authentication and authorisation (OAuth2, LDAP or Active Directory).
• Comfortable with Docker, Git based workflows, CI/CD pipelines and running services on Linux and
• Kubernetes.
• Habit of writing tests and explicit documentation, and of working from telemetry and logs when something misbehaves.
• Clear communication with engineers, project management and client operations teams. Good to have
• Calling LLM APIs from application code, prompt and response handling, token and latency budgeting.
• Telecom or network operations domain exposure: trouble tickets, modem telemetry, alarm systems.
• SSIS, SharePoint or Microsoft Graph API integration.
• Power BI or embedded dashboard experience.
• Working on premise behind VPN and firewalls, with client managed infrastructure. How we work

• You will own end to end features from API to screen, so product sense and attention to operational detail matter as much as the tool set. Hybrid working from Bengaluru or Hyderabad, with no travel required.
