Role Description The Elektrician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Miraj Taluka. The Elektrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, machinery, and equipment used in the company’s health care and food operations. Daily tasks include performing routine inspections, troubleshooting electrical issues, replacing faulty components, and ensuring that all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations. The role also involves collaborating with maintenance and production teams, documenting work performed, and supporting efforts to minimize downtime through preventive maintenance.



The Elektrician is expected to respond promptly to electrical breakdowns and help maintain a safe, efficient working environment. Qualifications
• Robust knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, panels, motors, and industrial equipment used in health care or food processing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, technical manuals, and schematic drawings, and apply them in practical troubleshooting.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of electrical installations, including use of multimeters and other testing tools.
• Understanding of electrical safety standards, local regulations, and best practices for working with high-voltage and low-voltage systems.
• Relevant technical qualification or certification in electrical trade (e.g., ITI, diploma, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Prior experience as an electrician in industrial, manufacturing, or health care settings is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Miraj Taluka, including occasional shift work, weekends, or emergency call-outs as operationally required.
• Effective communication skills, reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
