- 04 years Sudarshan CADD Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated BIM Engineer to join our growing BIM team. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Create, develop, and modify 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD
• Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and project documentation from BIM models
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, workflows, and project requirements
• Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and MEP teams to ensure proper model integration
• Perform and support clash detection, model review, and coordination activities
• Review BIM models and drawings for accuracy, quality, and completeness
• Maintain accurate project files, models, drawings, and documentation
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members when required
• Identify and resolve modelling, coordination,



and documentation issues ? Required Skills ✔️ Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD ✔️ Good understanding of engineering and architectural drawings ✔️ Strong knowledge of BIM concepts and 2D/3D modelling ✔️ Good understanding of Architectural, Structural, and/or MEP BIM workflows ✔️ Experience with clash detection and model coordination ✔️ Ability to review and maintain BIM models according to project standards ✔️ Good communication and teamwork skills ✔️ Robust attention to detail and problem-solving abilities ✔️ Ability to handle project responsibilities independently and meet deadlines ✔️ Ability to provide guidance and technical support to Junior BIM Modelers ?
