CFA Master aims to make high-quality CFA exam preparation more accessible, efficient, and engaging for aspiring finance professionals. Role Description The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of CFA Master’s learning platform, from ideation to launch and iteration. This full-time, on-site role based in Kochi involves defining product vision, prioritizing features, and maintaining the roadmap aligned with learner needs and business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing user feedback and usage data, collaborating with content creators and designers, and working closely with engineering to deliver enhancements and new features on time. The Product Manager will refine user experience, optimize learning flows, and ensure study tools like notes, flashcards,



and mock exams are cohesive and effective. The role also includes coordinating experiments, monitoring performance metrics, and communicating product updates to internal stakeholders. Qualifications
• Product management skills, including roadmap ownership, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data and user feedback to guide decisions.
• Familiarity with education technology, digital learning products, or test-prep platforms is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams (content, design, engineering, marketing).
• Understanding of the CFA curriculum or prior CFA exam preparation experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics, finance, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certification is an advantage.
• Comfort with agile or iterative product development methodologies.
• Ability to work in office in Kochi and manage multiple initiatives with attention to detail and timelines.
