About the Role
• We are looking for a high-potential Project Manager to take complete ownership of complex EPC and Air Pollution
• Control projects, from engineering and procurement to manufacturing, site execution, commissioning and final
• handover. The role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, project execution, commercial
• understanding and client management.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end execution of domestic and international projects valued at ■10–50+ Crore.
• Manage engineering, drawings, procurement, manufacturing, fabrication, erection, commissioning and project handover.
• Drive project schedules, resource planning, cost control, risk management and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, engineering, manufacturing and site teams.
• Handle techno-commercial aspects including billing milestones, LDs, bank guarantees, variation orders and payment recovery.
• Resolve technical and execution challenges proactively and ensure successful project completion.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates to management and clients. What We’re Looking For

Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 12–18 years of experience, with at least 5 years of independent EPC/industrial project management.




• Experience in Bag Filters, ESPs, Air Pollution Control, Cement, Steel, Boilers, Material Handling or Heavy Fabrication.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, manufacturing, fabrication, erection and commissioning.
• Proven experience managing large industrial projects and customer-facing responsibilities.
• Exposure to clients such as UltraTech, Tata Projects, SAIL, IISCO or similar industrial organizations is preferred.
• International project/client exposure will be an advantage.
• Robust commercial awareness, negotiation, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively to domestic and international project sites.
• Practical project-control experience is preferred; Primavera certification is not mandatory. The Mindset We Value Ownership
