Role Description The Talent Acquisition Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The individual in this role will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions across different departments. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, and ensuring a structured and timely recruitment workflow. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining candidate records,



and providing a positive and professional experience to all applicants. The Talent Acquisition Executive will contribute to continuous improvements in hiring practices and align recruitment activities with organizational goals. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Hiring and Recruiting skills, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written interaction with diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess IT Recruitment capabilities, with the ability to source and evaluate technical and non-technical talent.
• Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills to support and promote the organization’s image in the talent market.
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition or human resources, ideally within consulting or service-oriented industries.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requirements, and meet hiring timelines.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
