Role Description The Territory Manager – Academic Support is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves overseeing academic operations across assigned preschool centers, ensuring curriculum implementation aligns with H3 Preschool’s educational philosophy and quality standards. The Territory Manager will regularly visit centers to mentor teachers, provide academic guidance, and support classroom execution of lesson plans and activities. Responsibilities include monitoring student learning outcomes, collecting and analyzing academic data, and recommending improvements for teaching practices. The role also requires coordinating with center heads,



conducting training sessions, addressing parent and stakeholder academic queries, and supporting new center launches from an academic perspective. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Educational Management and Education-related skills to oversee academic operations and support multiple centers effectively.
• Candidates should possess Curriculum Development skills to guide, refine, and support implementation of age-appropriate learning programs.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with educators, center leadership, and families in a clear and qualified manner.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to review academic performance data, identify trends, and propose actionable improvements.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education or Early Childhood Education are preferred.
• Prior experience in school or preschool academic coordination, teacher mentoring, or territory/cluster management is beneficial.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory, manage multiple priorities, and work collaboratively in a fast-growing educational organization.
