Role Description The Lead Software Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Madurai, responsible for driving the technical architecture of Adinn’s software solutions that support advertising operations and campaign execution. This role involves defining system architecture, designing scalable and secure software frameworks, and guiding development teams in implementing best practices and design standards. The Lead Software Architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate functional requirements into robust technical designs and roadmaps. Daily responsibilities include reviewing code and design documents, mentoring developers, ensuring adherence to architecture guidelines,



and leading efforts in performance optimization, integration with internal tools, and continuous improvement of the technology stack. The role also includes evaluating new technologies, establishing coding standards and patterns, and ensuring solutions are aligned with long-term business and operational needs. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Architecture and Software Design to create scalable, maintainable, and secure systems.
• Candidates should possess solid experience in Software Development and Programming for implementing complex features and guiding development teams.
• Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Design Patterns to standardize solutions and improve code quality and system robustness.
• Relevant experience in designing enterprise or large-scale systems, preferably supporting operations, logistics, or marketing workflows.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language and familiarity with common frameworks, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms, databases, and microservices or modular architectures is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent qualified experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams and establishing engineering best practices is an advantage.
