Role Description The Quality Control Laboratory Technician role is a full-time, in office position based in Baddi. The technician is responsible for conducting routine laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with internal specifications and regulatory standards. Day-to-day activities include operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, preparing samples, documenting test results accurately, and reporting deviations to the quality team. The role also involves following established quality control procedures, supporting investigations of non-conforming products,



and collaborating with production staff to maintain consistent product quality. The technician is expected to adhere to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the lab. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Laboratory Skills and hands-on experience with Laboratory Equipment.
• Candidates should possess solid Quality Control knowledge and familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
• Candidates should possess well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting test data and troubleshooting quality issues.
• Relevant diploma or degree in chemistry, biochemistry, industrial chemistry, or a related scientific discipline.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ability to work on-site in Baddi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tests under time constraints.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial laboratory environment is an advantage.
