You will own paid acquisition at Offcomfrt. This is a role closely connected to revenue — helping decide where advertising spend goes and analysing what comes back. What You Will Do
• Run Meta Ads and Google Ads end to end against an assigned monthly budget.
• Track ROAS, CAC, AOV and contribution margin, and report on them weekly.
• Set the creative testing agenda — brief it, launch it, analyse it and document learnings.
• Maintain tracking across Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4 and UTM parameters.
• Brief the video editor so winning angles can inform the next round of creative.
• Track competitor activity and share insights on where the category is moving. What We Are Looking For
• Around 1 year of experience managing paid media,
ideally for a D2C or e-commerce brand.
• Hands-on experience managing advertising budgets.
• Working fluency in Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with Google Ads.
• A robust understanding of unit economics, including ROAS, CAC, AOV and contribution margin.
• The judgement to pause underperforming campaigns and the patience to let meaningful tests run. How We HireOur hiring process is designed to assess relevant skills and fit for the role.
