Mangalore, Karnataka Territory: North Karnataka Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Job Summary Presidency PU College, Mangalore, is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to drive student admissions from the North Karnataka region. The candidate will be responsible for promoting the college, developing relationships with schools and prospective students, and achieving admission targets through field marketing and regular travel across North Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities
• Promote Presidency PU College, Mangalore, and generate student admissions from the North Karnataka region.
• Travel extensively across North Karnataka to conduct admission-related marketing activities.
• Visit schools, meet principals, teachers, students, parents, and education consultants to promote the college.
• Conduct admission campaigns, school visits, career guidance sessions, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Generate admission leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other marketing initiatives.
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding PU courses, facilities, hostel accommodation, and admission procedures.
• Follow up with prospective students and parents to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.




• Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and other relevant stakeholders.
• Achieve admission targets and submit regular reports on field visits, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the college admissions team to ensure smooth execution of admission activities. Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; candidates with an MBA in Marketing will be preferred.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in marketing, field sales, educational marketing, or student admissions.
• Experience in educational institution marketing and admissions will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across North Karnataka.
• Ability to work independently, generate leads, and achieve admission targets.
• Knowledge of North Karnataka's geography and local language skills will be an advantage.
• Valid driving licence and own two-wheeler/four-wheeler will be preferred, if applicable. Key Skills
