Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and execute social media content calendars.
• Create engaging posts, captions, reels, and other social media content.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members for content creation.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
• Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
• Respond to comments, messages,



and audience queries professionally.
• Support social media campaigns to improve brand awareness and engagement.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and communication standards. Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Ability to plan content, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
