Key Responsibilities
✅ Resolve seller queries through CRM, emails, and inbound calls. ✅ Handle order processing, logistics, return-order queries, and Seller Portal issues. ✅ Troubleshoot listing and catalogue issues, including bulk uploads, stock files, pricing, attributes, and images. ✅ Provide case updates and resolutions through emails and outbound calls. ✅ Raise and follow up on L3 tickets through OTRS. ✅ Investigate issues using CRM, seller dashboards, databases, and APIs. ✅ Meet productivity, quality, and resolution TAT targets. ? Eligibility & Required Skills ✔️ Graduates, postgraduates,



or undergraduates with at least 6 months of relevant experience. ✔️ Candidates with any BPO or customer support experience are eligible to apply ✔️ E-commerce or seller-support experience will be an added advantage. ✔️ Good command of English and Hindi. ✔️ Typing speed of 30 WPM with 85% accuracy in English. ✔️ Strong problem-solving, Excel, written communication, and follow-up skills. ✔️ Must clear the client's aptitude test. ? Training & Selection Process ? L1 training and OJT certification. ? Domain-specific L2 training and assessment. ? Background verification and reference checks are mandatory. ?
