Role Description This is a full-time Inside IT Sales role based on-site at the SigmaIT office in Lucknow. The Inside IT Sales qualified will engage with prospective and existing clients, qualify leads, present software and IT solutions, and manage sales pipelines. Daily activities include generating new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations or presentations (via phone, email, or online meetings), preparing proposals, and following up to close deals. The role involves collaborating with technical teams to understand offerings, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales cycle.



The position also requires meeting sales targets, monitoring market trends, and providing feedback to support continuous improvement of products and services. Qualifications
• Strong IT Sales and Account Management skills, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle and build long-term client relationships.
• Solid understanding of Information Technology products and services, preferably in software development, web and mobile applications, or SEO solutions.
• Proficiency in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and maintaining a structured sales pipeline.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and professional presentation abilities.
• Comfort using CRM and productivity tools, with strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Proven ability to work toward sales targets, analyze client needs, and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in inside sales or business development in the IT or software industry is an advantage.
