* We're looking for a Social Media Executive to plan, create, and publish content across our clients' social channels. You'll work closely with the Account Manager, design, and video teams to turn briefs into engaging, on-brand content that drives results. *

Key responsibilities
*
- Plan and maintain monthly content calendars for multiple clients across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
- Write captions, hooks, scripts, and copy aligned to each brand's tone of voice
- Brief designers and video editors, and review creatives before delivery
- Schedule and publish posts on time; manage day-to-day community engagement (comments, DMs, replies)
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, and UGC contributors
- Track trends, trending audio, and competitor activity, and suggest timely content ideas
- Monitor performance (reach, engagement, followers, link clicks) and prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights
- Support paid social campaigns with creative inputs and basic performance tracking




- Handle client feedback and revisions within agreed timelines *Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field
- 1-3 years of hands-on social media experience, preferably in an agency
- Strong written English; Hindi or other regional languages are a plus
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar)
- Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
- Valuable understanding of Reels, short-form video, and platform algorithms
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines at once *Good to have

- Experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Exposure to influencer marketing and UGC campaigns
- Experience across varied industries (retail, logistics, F&B;, training/education) *Key skills
