Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Operations Lead to manage Commercial Lending Outsourcing operations supporting a U.
S.-based bank. The ideal candidate must combine team leadership and operational delivery with practical expertise in collateral analysis, credit analysis, financial reporting, and business presentations. This role requires a working leader who can manage team performance, handle complex operational activities, review deliverables, and personally contribute to day-to-day processing when required—not someone focused solely on people management.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage Commercial Lending Operations teams supporting U.
S. banking clients.
• Oversee the commercial lending lifecycle, including loan origination and pre-close assessment, loan closing and booking, servicing, and post-close operations.
• Perform and review collateral analysis, borrowing base reviews, credit analysis, and related financial assessments.
• Prepare and review operational reports, management dashboards, client presentations, and performance updates.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in daily processing, complex cases, exception resolution, and quality checks.
• Monitor team productivity, accuracy, turnaround times, SLAs, KPIs, and overall service quality.
• Act as a key point of contact for U.
S.-based stakeholders and support regular business reviews.
• Identify process gaps and drive improvements in productivity, quality, controls, and operational efficiency.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members while ensuring adequate process knowledge and delivery capability.
• Ensure compliance with applicable U.
S. banking requirements, internal controls, audit standards, and risk policies. Required Skills & Experience
• 12–15 years of experience in Commercial Lending, Credit Operations, Collateral Analysis, or related banking operations.




• Proven experience managing teams and delivering operations for U.
S. banking clients through an offshore/outsourcing model.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of collateral analysis, credit analysis, borrowing base reviews, and financial assessments.
• Experience preparing management reports, operational dashboards, business presentations, and client review materials.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end commercial lending lifecycle.
• Experience with Loan IQ and/or AFS Vision platforms.
• Ability to balance team management with direct operational execution and quality review.
• Robust stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills
• Experience in U.
S. Commercial Banking, Asset-Based Lending (ABL), or Commercial Credit Operations.
• Exposure to loan servicing, collateral management, credit risk, and financial spreading.
• Experience with process improvement, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting, analysis, and presentations.
• Experience managing multiple processes, teams, and client deliverables simultaneously.
