We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help us grow our business and turn travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.
• Prepare and share quotations, itineraries, and travel package details.
• Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain customer records and regularly update lead status in the CRM or Excel.
• Build strong customer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the operations team and travel partners to ensure a smooth booking experience.
• Requirements




• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle leads, follow up consistently, and close sales.
• Basic knowledge of domestic and international travel packages is preferred.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, MS Excel, and social media.
• Positive attitude, customer-focused approach, and target-oriented mindset.
