SSPDL Alpha City IT Park, Navalur, Chennai Contact: (phone hidden) Role Overview We are looking for a creative, hands-on digital content creator to strengthen our group companies' social media presence, with a primary focus on Instagram. The role involves creating engaging content, building brand awareness, encouraging audience participation, and generating customer enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
• Own Instagram content creation, from concept development and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing.
• Create engaging Reels, Stories, carousel posts, product demonstrations, behind-the-scenes videos, and promotional content tailored to each brand.
• Present products and brand stories on camera when required, with explicit and confident communication.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business priorities, product launches, campaigns, and relevant occasions.
• Identify relevant Instagram trends, audio, content formats, and storytelling techniques and adapt them to each brand’s audience.
• Write compelling captions, video hooks, and calls to action that encourage engagement, enquiries, and conversions.
• Capture high-quality product photos and videos and coordinate with internal teams for shoots, demonstrations, and content requirements.
• Maintain consistent brand identity, visual quality, and messaging across all published content.




• Manage comments, direct messages, and audience interactions and route customer enquiries to the appropriate team.
• Identify and coordinate with suitable influencers and content creators for approved collaborations.
• Ideate and plan contests, giveaways, polls, challenges, and interactive campaigns to encourage audience participation and increase brand engagement.
• Track reach, views, watch time, shares, saves, engagement, follower growth, and enquiries and use these insights to improve content performance.
• Repurpose suitable Instagram content for Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Support approved paid social media campaigns and coordinate lead follow-up with the sales team.
• Prepare regular content plans, performance reports, and actionable recommendations for management.
• Explore AI tools and content creation techniques to improve production quality and efficiency. Required Skills
• Practical experience in creating Instagram Reels and managing business social media accounts.
• Strong skills in short-form storytelling, scripting, photography, video shooting, and editing.
• Working knowledge of Canva and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, InShot, or similar applications.
• Understanding of Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, and social media performance metrics.
• Good written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage content.
