About the Role
Easy Pay Limited is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, GST compliance, TDS-related work, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
• Assist with GST return filing, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Perform GSTR-2B reconciliation.
• Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and related compliance.
• Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
• Manage purchase and sales entries, invoices, and documentation.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
• Maintain petty cash records and financial documents.
• Assist with monthly closing and audit-related activities. Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Commerce (B.
Com) /MBA Finance)
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Basic working knowledge of GST return filing and TDS.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or similar ERP systems.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Candidates
• Candidates currently based in Pune.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
• Experience in the fintech or financial services industry will be an added advantage. ?
