Job Overview
• We are looking for an experienced Corporate AI Trainer / Generative AI & Agentic AI Specialist with robust hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered solutions.
• The ideal candidate should have practical expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and AI automation, along with the ability to deliver engaging, industry-focused training sessions to corporate professionals and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver corporate training programs on Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI automation.
• Conduct practical workshops, live demonstrations, and hands-on technical sessions.
• Train professionals on building AI agents, LLM-powered applications, and intelligent automation workflows.
• Develop training materials, case studies, assignments, and real-world AI use cases.
• Explain complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Share practical insights from enterprise AI solution development and deployment.
• Guide participants through AI implementation, integration, and best practices. Required Skills & Expertise
• Strong practical experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI/ML solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph,



CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, and AI agents.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with OpenAI APIs, Azure OpenAI, or similar LLM platforms.
• Experience designing, developing, or deploying AI solutions for business applications.
• Strong presentation, communication, and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Ability to conduct practical AI training sessions with real-world examples. Preferred Qualifications
• 7+ years of overall technology experience, including substantial hands-on AI experience.
• Previous experience delivering corporate AI training, workshops, or technical mentoring.
• Background as an AI Solutions Architect, GenAI Consultant, AI Engineering Lead, or Senior AI Engineer.
• Exposure to enterprise AI deployments on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience working with enterprise clients or implementing production-grade AI solutions. Ideal Candidate
