Role Description The Travel Consultant role at Trivasia Overseas is a full-time, on-site position based in Karur. The Travel Consultant will guide clients through their travel and overseas plans, including study, migration, and leisure travel, by providing personalized consulting and expert advice. Daily responsibilities include managing travel arrangements, coordinating reservations, preparing itineraries, and ensuring smooth end-to-end travel experiences. The role involves responding to client inquiries, offering proactive customer service, and maintaining accurate records of bookings and documentation.



The Travel Consultant will also collaborate with counselors and other team members to align travel plans with academic and immigration requirements, while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of destinations, visa processes, and travel regulations. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise clients and coordinate comprehensive travel solutions.
• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to organize itineraries, book tickets, and manage accommodations efficiently.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, handle queries, and provide professional, client-focused support.
• Relevant experience in travel agencies, overseas education consulting, or immigration services is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficiency with booking platforms, basic computer applications, and online research tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language abilities are an advantage.
