Experience:
6+ Years (Relevant Experience) Employment: Full-Time Educational Qualification
• Essential: B.
Sc. in Statistics
• Preferred: M.
Sc. in Statistics / Applied Statistics

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct software training, webinars, workshops and product demonstrations.
• Provide training and technical support on EViews, NVivo, SmartPLS, XLSTAT, SPSS and other statistical software.
• Develop training materials, technical content, presentations and tutorials.
• Build and maintain robust customer relationships and provide technical assistance.
• Support the Sales Team through product demonstrations, technical discussions and customer engagement.
• Stay updated on statistical tools, research methodologies and software developments. Skills & Experience
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in statistical software,



technical training, research analytics or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Statistics, data analysis and research methodologies.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer training, technical content development and customer handling. Who Should Apply?
