Role Description The Trainers – Azure role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The trainer will design and deliver structured Azure training programs, including lectures, hands-on labs, and real-time project guidance for students and corporate participants. Daily responsibilities include preparing and updating course materials, creating practical examples and use cases, conducting assessments, and providing one-on-one mentoring to learners. The trainer will stay current with Azure services and best practices, incorporate emerging cloud technologies into the curriculum,



and support the development of eLearning content such as recorded sessions and tutorials. Collaboration with the academic coordination team to schedule batches, support placement-related technical evaluations, and gather feedback to continuously improve training quality is also part of the role. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong expertise in Microsoft Azure fundamentals, including core cloud concepts, Azure administration, and Azure services such as compute, storage, and networking.
• Candidates should possess skills in Azure security, identity and access management, monitoring, and governance to guide learners on industry-standard best practices.
• Candidates should possess experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and integration with development workflows for real-time project training.
• Candidates should possess the ability to design transparent training content, including curriculum planning, presentation development, lab exercises, and practical case studies.
• Candidates should possess strong communication, classroom management, and mentoring skills to teach diverse learner groups effectively.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with eLearning tools, recording platforms, and LMS-based content delivery to support online and blended training models.
• Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-204, AZ-305) are highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience, is preferred.
• Prior experience as a technical trainer or corporate instructor in cloud or related
