Ahmedabad Designation: Area Sales Manager (ASM) Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales growth, develop distribution networks, manage channel partners, and expand the market for automotive and industrial lubricants in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for lubricants and grease products.
• Develop and manage distributors, dealers, retailers, and other channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends.
• Implement sales strategies, promotional schemes, and product marketing initiatives.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and maintain healthy credit control.




• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product availability, and customer support.
• Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and regular sales reports.
• Guide and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives. Eligibility Criteria

Education:
Graduate in any discipline; an MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
•

Experience:
Relevant experience in selling Lubricants.
• Robust knowledge of distributor and dealer management.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
