Role Description The Finnobuddy – Client Relationship role is a full-time, in office position . In this role, the professional will engage directly with clients, respond to queries, provide product information on mutual funds and related financial services, and guide clients through onboarding and transactional processes. Typical responsibilities include maintaining regular communication, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, documenting interactions, and escalating complex issues when needed. The Finnobuddy will also support client education initiatives, help clients understand investment options, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and client retention.



This role requires consistent follow-up, proactive relationship management, and adherence to regulatory and organizational service standards. Qualifications
• Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through timely resolution of issues and proactive client engagement.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for explaining financial concepts clearly and professionally.
• Solid Analytical Skills to understand client needs, assess investment options, and interpret basic financial data.
• Comfort working in an on-site, client-centric environment in the Pune Division, with a collaborative and ethical approach.
• Basic understanding of mutual funds or willingness to learn, with interest in personal finance and investment products.
• Relevant education in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in standard office and CRM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple client interactions, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all operations.
