Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Developer–International role based in Ahmedabad. The Business Developer–International will identify and pursue recent business opportunities in global markets, build and maintain relationships with international clients, and support the expansion of BIM/CAD services across regions. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals, and coordinating with technical teams to align client requirements with service offerings. The role involves managing client communications, participating in sales presentations and online demos, maintaining updated records in CRM tools, and providing regular reports on business development activities and performance.



The Business Developer–International will collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market strategies and contribute to long-term growth plans. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities for client interactions, presentations, and coordination with internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation experience, including prospecting, outreach, and nurturing potential international clients.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to study global BIM/CAD trends, competitor offerings, and relevant industry segments.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service capabilities to maintain long-term client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Proven experience in business development, international sales, or consulting, preferably in BIM, CAD, engineering, or construction-related services.
• Familiarity with BIM processes, CAD solutions, and project lifecycles in infrastructure and building sectors is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work with CRM and productivity tools, prepare professional proposals, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Willingness to engage with global clients across different time zones and adhere to ethical, inclusive, and collaborative work practices.
