Hyderabad, Telangana Brahmarishi Homes LLP is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven Tender Bidder to manage end-to-end tendering activities, from identifying suitable opportunities to preparing and submitting competitive bids within stipulated deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, evaluate, and track relevant government and private sector tender opportunities.
• Review tender notices, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, commercial terms, and submission requirements.
• Prepare, compile, verify, and submit tender documents within specified timelines.
• Manage online bidding processes through relevant e-procurement portals.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect technical, financial, legal, and statutory documents.
• Prepare bid proposals, quotations, BOQs, and other tender-related documentation as required.
• Monitor tender notifications, corrigenda, pre-bid meetings, submission deadlines, and bid opening dates.
• Ensure compliance with tender conditions, documentation standards, and submission procedures.




• Maintain an organized database of submitted tenders, bid status, results, and upcoming opportunities.
• Follow up on tender outcomes and support post-submission clarifications and negotiations. Candidate Requirements
• Prior experience in tender management, tender bidding, or bid coordination is preferred.
• Knowledge of government and private tendering procedures and e-procurement portals.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, documentation, and report preparation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
