• Function: Design & Build At SmartVizX, we believe great spaces are created where design excellence meets disciplined execution. We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to join our growing Design & Build (D&B;) team and lead architectural design, coordination and execution across high-value projects. What you’ll be responsible for:
• Lead architectural design development from concept to execution
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, design and project teams
• Review drawings, details, BOQs and specifications
• Ensure design intent is effectively translated into site execution
• Drive design coordination with MEP, structural and other stakeholders
• Support material selections, mock-ups and design approvals
• Conduct site reviews and ensure quality and design compliance
• Identify design challenges and provide practical, execution-oriented solutions What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years of experience in architecture, preferably in interior fit-outs / Design & Build
• Robust knowledge of architectural detailing and construction
• Experience handling commercial, corporate, residential or large-scale interior projects
• Strong coordination, communication and stakeholder-management skills
