Role Description The Recruitment Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting

s, sourcing candidates, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and facilitating selection decisions. The Recruitment Manager will collaborate with program leaders and department heads to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure timely hiring for projects and initiatives. Day-to-day activities include maintaining talent pipelines, managing candidate communication, updating recruitment records,



and ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience aligned with Thanal’s values. The role also involves supporting employer branding efforts, refining recruitment policies, and contributing to workforce planning to meet the organization’s long-term goals. Qualifications
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to develop recruitment strategies, workforce plans, and talent pipelines aligned with organizational goals.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, HR software, and online skilled networks.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field; relevant HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.
