About the Role
Baariki Brand is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman & 2D Drawing Artist with experience in interior design and architectural drawings. The candidate should be proficient in preparing accurate technical drawings, working drawings, and execution drawings for interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed 2D drawings, including floor plans, furniture layouts, ceiling layouts, electrical layouts, and flooring layouts. Create detailed working drawings for residential and commercial interior projects. Prepare sections, elevations, and detailed drawings as per project requirements. Develop accurate measurements, dimensions, and annotations for site execution. Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and site execution teams. Revise drawings according to client feedback and design changes.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and execution requirements. Maintain drawing files, revisions, and project documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in interior design drafting. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Knowledge of interior working drawings and construction detailing. Ability to read and interpret architectural plans. Robust understanding of dimensions, measurements, furniture layouts, and materials. Attention to detail, time management, and coordination skills. Knowledge of SketchUp or other design software will be an added advantage.
