- Pune | BE/Diploma (Mech.) | Immediate Joining We manufacture IBR-certified boilers and pressure parts. Looking for a Quality Control Engineer to manage plant quality and inspection activities, ensuring compliance with IBR, ISO procedures, drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Oversee quality control and stage inspections across production.
• Monitor fabrication, fit-up, welding, bending, assembly and dimensional accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, ITP, WPS/PQR, IBR and ISO procedures.
• Coordinate with IBR, TUV, Lloyd’s and other inspection agencies.
• Prepare and maintain IBR, inspection and quality documentation and material traceability.
• Coordinate with Production, Design, Stores and Purchase teams to resolve quality issues.




• Identify non-conformities and support corrective actions to reduce rework/rejection. Requirements
• BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, minimum 3 years' relevant experience.
• Experience in boiler/pressure vessel/heavy fabrication preferred.
• Knowledge of IBR, ISO, WPS/PQR and basic NDT.
• Ability to read engineering drawings; valuable communication and coordination skills.
• Exposure to production planning/scheduling.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must.
