Role Description The Venue Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for driving bookings, memberships, and revenue for the indoor cricket facilities. This role involves managing inbound and outbound sales inquiries, building relationships with individual players, academies, corporate clients, and event organizers, and converting leads into confirmed bookings. The Venue Sales Manager will coordinate with operations staff to ensure a seamless customer experience, oversee pricing and promotional offers, and maintain accurate records of bookings and sales performance. Daily responsibilities also include local marketing outreach, monitoring customer feedback,



and collaborating with management to identify growth opportunities and improve venue utilization. Qualifications
• Proven experience in venue, hospitality, sports, or events sales, with strong lead conversion and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships with individual customers, academies, and corporate partners.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including confident phone, in-person, and digital interactions.
• Basic proficiency with CRM or booking systems, spreadsheets, and standard office productivity tools.
• Experience with local marketing, partnerships, and on-ground promotions in a service or sports workplace.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple bookings and priorities.
• Interest in sports, especially cricket, and familiarity with the needs of players and training environments is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours based on venue schedules and customer demand.
