3–5 YRS EXPERIENCE FULL-TIME REPORTS TO: LEADERSHIP GURUGRAM COMPENSATION: 10 TO 14 LPA THE ROLE You will own the HR function end to end at Bacca Bucci. This is a hands-on, high-ownership seat in a lean team: you set the strategy, build the systems and run the cycles. You will also lead the move to a better HRMS in your first six months. WHAT YOU’LL OWN
• HR strategy & budgeting: annual manpower and HR budgets, headcount planning, cost tracking.
• Talent acquisition: hiring across functions, sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Retention & succession: engagement initiatives, exit insights, and succession plans for key roles.
• SOP alignment: create, update and enforce HR policies and SOPs across teams.
• Appraisal cycles: run performance reviews end to end, with transparent goals, timelines and calibration.
• Payroll management: designation slabs, salary structures and pay bands, with oversight of monthly payroll accuracy.
• Promotion cycle: streamline eligibility, criteria and timelines into one transparent process.

guide and mentor the HR Executive; act as people partner to business heads. YOUR FIRST 6 MONTHS: HRMS TRANSITION Evaluate, select, implement and roll out a better HRMS covering attendance, leave, payroll, appraisals and employee records. That includes data migration, vendor management, team training and adoption. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 3–5 years in HR, with end-to-end exposure
• Prior experience in a D2C / e-commerce / consumer brand
• Experience working in a lean team and owning the function
• Hands-on HRMS management experience, ideally a tool implementation or migration
• Strong communication and people skills; credible with founders and floor teams alike
• Structured, data-driven and comfortable with ambiguity NICE TO HAVE
• MBA / PGDM in HR
