Senior / Lead Workato Developer

Bangalore Mode: Hybrid Roles & Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain Workato recipes for enterprise-wide system integrations.
• Build and manage integrations using:
• REST and SOAP APIs
• Webhooks
• Databases
• SaaS applications
• File-based integrations
• Enterprise systems
• Develop and utilize reusable Recipe Functions, callable recipes, and common integration components to ensure scalability and reusability.
• Administer Workato workspaces, projects, environments, users, roles, permissions, and platform configurations.
• Establish and maintain proper DEV, TEST, and PROD environment segregation and deployment governance.
• Manage Workato connections, credentials, connection ownership, and authentication mechanisms.
• Configure, integrate, and manage On-Prem Agent and Agent Groups to enable secure connectivity with internal applications and systems.
• Manage and maintain Workato API Platform, including API endpoints, policies, and access controls.
• Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and least-privilege security principles across the Workato platform.
• Integrate and manage Key Vault solutions for secure credential and secret management.
• Configure and monitor recipe jobs, execution logs, dashboards, and operational metrics.




• Implement alerting and notification mechanisms for proactive monitoring and issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform configuration issues, integration failures, and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable integration solutions. Required Skills & Experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Workato Integration Platform.
• Expertise in building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, databases, and SaaS platforms.
• Experience with reusable recipe development, callable recipes, and integration best practices.
• Strong understanding of environment management, security, and governance within Workato.
• Experience managing On-Prem Agents, API platforms, and authentication mechanisms.
• Good understanding of RBAC, access controls, and secure integration practices.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident resolution.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud integrations.
• Experience with Azure Key Vault and enterprise security practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and integration lifecycle management. Experience Level: Senior / Lead Technology: Workato Integration Platform, APIs, Azure, Key Vault, Enterprise Integration Solutions.
