The company brings structure and consistency to a largely unorganized market by connecting central processing plants and neighborhood collection centers through a proprietary technology platform. Operating under a Franchise-Owned, Company-Operated (FOCO) model, Lucens manages day-to-day operations, logistics, supply chain, staffing, training, and quality control while partners own the physical assets. Lucens focuses on delivering institutional-grade fabric care at consumer prices, combining hospitality-level discipline with manufacturing-style precision. The business is designed for a rising India that values care, presentation, and hospitality, ensuring garments are returned with consistent quality standards every time. Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Intern role based in Gurgaon, India. The intern will support day-to-day operations at collection centers and/or processing facilities, including tracking orders, coordinating with staff, and assisting in marketing activities. Responsibilities may include gathering and organizing operational data, updating internal systems, and helping document standard operating procedures.



The intern will collaborate with operations and technology teams to understand how Lucens’ platform connects sites and enables consistent service levels. The role also involves assisting with basic reporting, supporting training activities, and contributing to process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications
• Interest in operations management, marketing operation, or customer service delivery.
• Robust organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks, follow processes, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with basic digital tools (spreadsheets, web-based platforms) and the ability to learn new software used for order tracking and logistics.
• Clear, respectful communication skills for working with on-site teams, partners, and customers, and for documenting procedures or reports.
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality, with a mindset oriented toward process improvement and consistent standards.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, India, and collaborate effectively in a diverse, team-based environment.
