Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Writer role based in Bengaluru. The Content Writer will create clear, engaging, and age-appropriate content for web pages, blogs, email campaigns, social media, and product materials that support BrightCHAMPS’ learning programs and brand. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching education and edtech topics, drafting and revising copy, aligning content with marketing and product goals, and ensuring consistency with brand voice and tone.



The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, curriculum, design, and operations teams to develop content that informs, inspires, and converts key audiences such as parents, learners, and educators. The Content Writer will also maintain content calendars, optimize existing assets, and track performance insights to refine future content. Qualifications
• Robust Web Content Writing and Writing skills, with the ability to adapt style and tone for different audiences and formats.
• Experience with Content Strategy and Research to plan, structure, and develop effective, data-informed content.
• Proficient in Proofreading and basic editing to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness.
• Excellent command of written English, with attention to detail and strong storytelling skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in edtech, education, or child-focused content is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Comfort with using content management systems and basic digital analytics tools is beneficial.
