Role Description The Assistant Project Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Patna. This role supports the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include tracking project schedules, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, assisting with site inspections, and following up on material deliveries and logistics. The Assistant Project Manager will help prepare reports, maintain project documentation, and support communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients.



The role also involves identifying potential risks, escalating issues when needed, and contributing to continuous improvement in project execution. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in project coordination and oversight, including Project Management and Expediting.
• Candidates should possess skills related to supply-chain and resource flow, including Expeditor and Logistics Management.
• Candidates should possess skills in quality and compliance activities, including Inspection.
• Relevant experience in construction or real estate project environments is highly beneficial.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders on-site.
• Proficiency in basic project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with construction management software is an advantage.
• A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
