Telzon promotes a collaborative culture where achieving more together is a core principle. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Nagpur. The Interior Designer will plan and design interior spaces for Telzon’s offices, studios, and client-facing environments, ensuring functional layouts aligned with brand identity and project goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, creating mood boards, preparing floor plans and detailed drawings, and selecting finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment. The role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, overseeing site execution, and ensuring designs adhere to budget, timeline,



and quality standards. The Interior Designer will also support visual presentation of spaces for marketing content, maintaining consistency with Telzon’s brand image. Qualifications
• Ability to plan and organize interior spaces, demonstrating robust skills in Space Planning and Interior Design.
• Knowledge of Architecture principles and experience collaborating with architectural and construction teams.
• Proficiency in preparing Construction Drawings and technical documentation for execution on site.
• Experience selecting and specifying FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) aligned with design intent and budget.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
• Strong attention to detail, visual aesthetics, and understanding of materials, lighting, and color theory.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Prior experience in commercial or office interior projects is an advantage.
